We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, items may not meet your expectations or needs. Therefore, we have created a return policy that outlines the terms and conditions for returning items to us.

Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.

Ao Dai: Women's Ao Dai are returnable and exchangeable within 30 days, provided they are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Ao Dai are not final sale.

Exceptions:

  • Sale items: Items explicitly marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Women's Ao Dai are excluded from this final-sale rule and remain returnable/exchangeable within 30 days as stated above.

  • Merchandise in used condition: Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.

  • Missing tags: Items must have all original tags attached, including hangtags, care labels, and any other tags, to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at allyandalicellc@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase date. We will provide you with a return shipping label (at the customer's expense) and instructions on how to return your item(s) to us.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If they do, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or exchange the item(s) for another item(s) of equal value.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We also recommend that customers use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking information until the return is completed.
